Rajasthan. DIL is handling 8 call centers under various
discoms. DIL has created and developed a software to handle
complaints related with electricity. The complaints are
automatically transmitted to the upper management in the
hierarchy within the specific time frame to ensure quick
redressal.
These call centers are running for Jaipur Discom, Ajmer Discom
and Jodhpur Discom.
This software facilitates the agents to search the consumer from
various criteria like Code Binder Number & their name, phone &
address. The software also helps in evaluating the performance
of the callers by assessing him/her in various parameters. Apart
from this, it also keeps an eye on total volume of calls
received and dialed and other activities.

Undertaking of India. We are serving a 30 seater Call Center
round the clock attending almost 3000 calls a day related with
